Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

General Returns
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Return Window
- You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return eligible items.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized items and running materials are non- returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
How to Return an Item
Contact Us
- Email our customer service team at support@lapz.co.uk with your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- We will provide barcode to you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

- Securely package your return item to prevent any damage during shipping.
- Include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Processing Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a 3 to 5 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
Defective or Damaged Items
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@lapz.co.uk
