1. Customisation Orders
- All customisation details must be confirmed before placing your order.
- Customised products require extra production time — please allow 10 days for completion.
- No changes can be made once a customisation order has been submitted.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- Customised items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty, as they are made uniquely for you.
2. Ordering Running Materials
- Running materials are sold by the metre. Ensure you order the correct length for your project.
- Orders cannot be altered once placed.
- Running materials are non-returnable unless faulty.
3. Prices & Payment
- Prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable UK VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Accepted payment methods: debit cards, credit cards, PayPal.
- Full payment is required at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is cleared.
- If a payment is declined, we will notify you.
4. Delivery
- Orders are processed within 7 business days.
- Shipping times vary depending on destination and method.
- A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch.
- We are not liable for courier delays or unforeseen events.
- International customers are responsible for shipping charges & customs duties.
5. Exchanges & Returns
Eligibility
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for returns/exchanges.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-returnable
- Custom-made items (unless faulty)
- Running materials (unless faulty)
Process
- Contact us at Support@lapz.co.uk to initiate a return.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 working days of inspection.
6. General
- We may update these terms; changes will be posted here. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance.
- We reserve the right to terminate access at any time without notice.
- Governed by English law.
