  • Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

    We want you to be completely happy with your Lapz purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached.     If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately with your order number and photos of the issue. We will organise either a replacement or a complete refund for you, and we’ll also take care of any return shipping charges.
